RepairPal’s mission is to take the mystery out of auto repair. Its an industry full of distrusts and not enough transparency. Consumers are in most cases left to blindly trust their mechanics, RepairPal wants to disrupt this pattern.
We started by creating a substantial style guide. Other then the expected; palette, fonts etc we also decided to included all modular elements specified as whole objects as well as singel parts. As all parts could later be referenced to the style guide it would be real useful while implementing these new styles.
Another major update was the simplification of the navigation structure, which was re-routed into two direct cta's on the top level. "Fix my car" and "Learn about my car" these funnels where aligned with how users prefered to drill down in the information.
